性暴力への支援について、様々な取り組みが本邦でもなされてきたが、十分とはいえない。米国の CDC(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)では、2016(平成 28)年に『STOP SV:A Technical Package to Prevent Sexual Violence;性暴力防止技術パッケージ』を公表した。性暴力対策への評価や効果について検証し、性暴力防止に向けての包括的な対策として、効果的な方策を明らかにしたものである。本稿では、その性暴力防止技術パッケージの紹介とともに、我が国の性暴力防止に向けての現状と課題を整理し、今後の展望について論じた。被害後の対応のみならず、その予防の視点からの防止支援(加害、被害、危険因子に対しての対策)の重要性について指摘し、それを支える施策の実現に向けて、各機関が取り組んでいくべきことを明らかにした。Various approaches to support sexual violence have been done in Japan, but it is not enough. In the United States, CDC (National Center for injury prevention and control) released "STOP SV: A Technical Package to Prevent Sexual Violence" in 2016. It examined the evaluation and effect on sexual violence countermeasures, and clarified its effectivity as a comprehensive measure to prevent sexual violence. In this article, along with the introduction of the sexual violence prevention technology package, I will review the current situation and problems about prevention of sexual violence in Japan and discussed prospects. We pointed out not only the response after the damage but also the importance of preventive support from the viewpoint of prevention, and discussed how related organizations work together.

近年、米国を中心に普及しつつあるトラウマインフォームドスクールはトラウマインフォームドケアを教育分野に適応したトラウマの悪影響の理解とその軽減を目指すフレームワークである。本稿ではこの概念を本邦に導入することを目的として、概念の内容をまとめ、問題点を検討した。構成要素として「教職員の育成とスーパービジョン」、「神経発達を支援する教育」、「教室の管理」、「方針と手続き」、「規則」、「地域機関との連携」があり、フレームワークは SWPBIS が推奨されていた。最後に、導入する際の問題点として、専門家の養成を主に検討を行った。In recent years, trauma informed schools(TIS) are becoming popular in the United States. It adapts trauma informed care to the field of education. It is a framework aiming at understanding and mitigating the adverse effects of trauma.In this paper, for the purpose of introducing this concept into Japan, we summarized the contents of the concept and examined the problem.The framework, SWPBIS is recommended. Its elements include "staff training and supervision", "instruction that supports neural development ", "classroom management", "policies and procedures", "discipline" and "cooperation with community agencies".Finally, as a problem of introduction, we mainly examined the training of experts.

トラウマおよびPTSDに対する治療には、薬物療法とトラウマを焦点とする認知行動療法の有効性が高い。PTSD発症の要因の一つとして脳構造との関係が示されているが、心理療法である認知行動療法の臨床的効果と脳のメカニズムについては、まだ明らかになっていないことも多い。そこで脳機能画像を評価手法に用いた文献の研究を行い、トラウマに焦点をあてた認知行動療法の効果について検討した。現段階では、心理学的評価ほどには脳機能画像の変化は示されていないが、今後の研究によっては脳機能の評価が治療効果を予測するひとつの指標となることが期待される。Cognitive Behavior therapy focused on trauma and medication therapy show high effect on the treatment of trauma and PTSD. One of the factors of PTSD development is related to the cerebral structure. But it doesn't become clear yet about the relationship between the clinical effect of cognitive behavioral therapy and the brain mechanism. We searched the literature that used the brain function image for evaluation, and examined that the effects of the trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Currently, the effects of brain function image are less than the result of psychological evaluation. In future research, what we expect that the brain function assessment to become an index to predict the treatment effect.

本稿では、NIRS による投影法課題遂行時の脳機能計測にむけた基礎的な資料をえるため、認知課題遂行時のNIRS 測定研究を概観し、その結果と分析方法を検討した。その結果、言語流暢性課題における左前頭葉の賦活に関する結果を中心に、認知課題遂行時の脳機能計測におけるNIRS の有効性を示唆する成果が得られていることが明らかとなった。また、データの分析方法では、個々人の計測データ内に限定した分析方法に加え、被験者間やチャンネル間の比較が導入されていることが明らかとなった。以上の知見をもとに、今後の展望をおこなった。In this paper, we reviewed studies measuring prefrontal brain hemodynamic changes during cognitive tasks by near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Results supported the usefulness of NIRS as a tool, especially for measuring left prefrontal brain activity during verbal fluency task (VFT). Regarding designs of analyses, various models were overviewed including intra-subject analysis, intra-channel analysis, and repeated measuredANOVA. Finally, further challenges were described.

本研究の基本構想は、スウェーデンにおける根源的価値の教育が、その普遍性ゆえに日本の学校教育の土壌においても実現しうるものとして、授業実践を試行し事例を重ねることである。事例の集積を通して根源的価値形成の教育を発展させ深化させる営みが、日本において少しでも根付いていくことが筆者らの共通の願いである。 2005年度に本研究の試行的実践に着手したのち、現時点に至るまでの研究成果の報告は、本報告の末尾の文献一覧に列挙してある通りである。今回の報告は、スウェーデンの教材「あなたへ」を活用した根源的価値形成の一連の授業実践研究の一事例として位置づけられるものである。

オーストラリアにおける学校危機への対応について調査を行った。その結果,アメリカのシステムと比較するとオーストラリアのシステムは中央集権的であり,学校に基盤を置いた危機チームの制度はあるものの,資源や訓練は限られたものになっている。日本においても,早急に,実状にあった学校危機管理システムの構築が必要であると考えられる。
