本研究の目的は,交換留学生の留学動機づけ,動機づけの留学生活の質に対する影響,そして彼等が感じている留学の効果についてインタビュー調査を通して明らかにすることである。本研究では韓国と米国の帰国交換留学生を対象に,2011年8月から9月にかけて,計9名に対して非構造的インタビューを実施した。インタビューでは「留学当初の目的」,「留学中の経験で,目標達成にプラスの影響を与えたもの」,「留学の感想」などを質問し,文字化した上で分析を行った。本稿では特に,留学動機とそれが留学生活に与えた影響,また交友関係の構築の仕方について詳細に考察した。The aim of this research is to figure out the motivation of exchange students and its influences on the quality of study abroad and the effects of study abroad. Nine informants who had been the exchange students in Osaka Kyoiku University gave an unstructured interview in August and September 2011. "The aim of study abroad", "experiences which gave them positive influences in order to achieve their aims" and "impression of study abroad" were inquired and analyzed. Especially the motivation of study abroad and its influences, the relationship to their friends and acquaintances are examined.

本論文では, 日本語のアスペクトを表す形式の一つである「テアル」を取り上げ, その中心的な意味はどういうものか, 又, その意味は何によって決まるのかということを明らかにするために, 語彙的, 構文的の両面から考察した。まず, 動詞の語彙的な意味特徴を分析し, テアル形になる動詞は, [+意志性][+完結性]という語彙特徴を持つことが明らかになった。それによって, 動作・行為を表す動詞の中でも, 意志を持って主体的に働きかけ, 完結する動きを表す動詞のみがテアル形になる, ということが分かった。さらにテアルを「存在文型」と「動作文型」の2つに分けて観察を行った。「存在文型」は行為がなされたことによって物が存在するということを表し, 「動作文型」は行為の結果, その行為がなされたことが事実として存在するということを表している。「ある意志的な行為が成り立った結果, 物や事柄が存在する」というテアルの中心的な意味が, 行為の結果存在するのが具体物か抽象物かということで2つの類型に分かれ, 前者の場合, 「～ガ～テアル」の形をとった時, 後者は「～ヲ～テアル」の形をとった時にそれぞれの類型が典型的な意味を表すということが明らかになった。更に, テアルとアルの意味的な関係, テアルとテイルの比較などもあわせて行った。This paper aims to clarify the fundamental meaning of -tearu, an aspectual verb from in Japanese, by analyzing both the lexical and the syntactical meanings of verbs. The results are as follows : (1) The most important feature of the lexical meaning of verbs which are used with -tearu can be described as `+intention' and `+completion.' (2) The meanings of -tearu are divided into two types : a) Sentences describing the existence of a tangible thing which is the object of someone's action in the past. b) Sentences describing a state which has been caused by someone's action in the past. (3) The first type appears most frequently in the form …ga…tearu, and the second type, in the form (…ga) …wo …tearu. (4) The basic meaning of -tearu describes the existence of a thing, or of a resultant state, which has been brought about by someone who has completed an intentional action.
