本稿では、大学教員である筆者が年間通して講師を務めた校内研修についての研修事例を提供するとともに、事例校の校内研修全般の企画 ・運営を行っている2名の教員にインタビュー調査を行い、学校現場における大学教員による効果的な校内研修の在り方に関する示唆を得ることを目的とした。インタビュー調査の結果を分析すると、大学教員の経歴等が様々であり、個人差はあるが、①比較的規模の小さい市町村の学校で、研究テーマに沿った助言を行うことができる指導主事が教育委員会に存在しない場合は、指導主事ではなく大学教員を招聘すべきであること、②少なくとも1学期から大学教員を招聘するべきであり、そのためには、新年度の研究主任や研究テーマが判明した時点で、前年度中に研究テーマに即した専門性のある大学教員をピックアップ・打診しておくこと、③招聘回数はなるべく多い方が良い、かつ定期的に関わる方が良いことの3点が示唆された。

The purpose of the study was to examine what kind of outcomes and challenges exist in Arithmetic Lesson in which teachers and children share the goals of lesson, and to obtain suggestions for the future. Therefore, an actual lesson was conducted and a questionnaire survey was administered after the lesson. The results suggest the following two outcomes: (1) acquisition of a sense of accomplishment (2) penetration of the skills that we want the students to acquire and improvement of their independence. It was not possible to identify any issues.
