一般に臨床心理学の教育ならびに専門家の養成においては、構造化された場面で個人を対象におこなう面接法を学んでいる。しかし著者らが勤務する精神科デイ・ケアでは、より日常的で低構造的な場面でメンバーと関わることが求められる。心理臨床家として教育されてきたありかたと、精神科デイ・ケア心理職としての役割は異なることが多く、そこに役割葛藤が生じる。生じている葛藤を認識していないために生じる、転移、逆転移、行動化などについて、事例をもとに考察を加えた。It is common in Japanese graduate schools, that the training of psychotherapist is based on classic one-on-one therapy, emphasizing neutrality. The Authors (Uchiumi & Nakamura) have some role conflicts as psychologists at a psychiatric day-care unit, because of the gap between what we trained and our actual role at the unit. Illustrating a few cases that made us confused, we pointed out that the structural difference between one-on-one and day-care approach. It is suggested that psychologists should be more sensitive to what is happening "here and now".
