大阪教育大学紀要. 人文社会科学・自然科学, 67 229-234, Feb 28, 2019 Lead authortype:Article 本概念分析の目的は,大学生のヘルスリテラシーの概念を明らかにすることである。分析の方法は,12文献を対象としてRodgersの概念分析アプローチを参考に,概念の属性,先行要件,帰結について質的に分析した。概念の属性は,【健康に関する基本的能力と基礎知識】,【健康情報やサービスを洞察する能力】,【健康情報を適切に取り入れる能力】の3カテゴリ,先行要件は,【健康関連の経験】,【対人コミュニケーション能力】,【健康への意識】,【健康情報や支援が得られる環境】の4カテゴリ、帰結は,【健康に関する技能と知識の獲得】,【健康管理能力の向上】,【健康の保持増進による生活の質の向上】の3カテゴリが抽出された。大学生のヘルスリテラシーは,健康に関連した基本的能力と基礎知識を発展させ,健康情報やサービスを洞察してそれらを適切に取り入れることができる能力のことであり,大学生という集団への健康教育や健康サポートの評価などへの活用可能性が示唆された。 The aim of this study was to report on an analysis of the concept ofhealth literacy among university students. Twelve papers published between January 2005 and December 2017 werecollected from Japana Centra Revuo Medicina Web, CiNiiWeb, PubMed, ERIC,and PsycINFO databases, and were analyzed using Rodgers' evolutionarymethod of concept analysis.Attributes of the concept: 1) basic skills and basic knowledge on health; 2) ability to gain insight into health information and health services;3) ability to properly incorporate health information.Antecedents of the concept: 1) health related experience;2) interpersonal communication skills; 3) health consciousness;4) environment that provides health information and health support. Consequences of the concept: 1) acquisition of skills and knowledge on health;2) improvement of health management ability;3) improve the quality of life by promoting health maintenance. Health literacy among university students was defined as the ability todevelop basic skills and basic knowledge related to health, to gaininsight into health information and health services, andto incorporatethem appropriately.

大阪教育大学紀要 第III部門 自然科学・応用科学, 65(2) 1-8, Feb 28, 2017 Lead authortype:Article 本研究は,養護教諭志望大学生を対象としてHIV/AIDSに関する講義を実施し,知識及び意識の前後比較調査からその教育効果を検証した。その結果,知識・意識ともに講義後に得点が上昇し,有意に増加していたため,HIV/AIDS講義が知識習得に効果があり,意識が高まることがわかった。しかし,知識全体とそれを構成する基礎知識・感染予防知識・共生知識,意識それぞれの関連性の結果から,今後は「基礎知識・感染予防知識」と「共生知識」の二つの視点に注意しながら教育内容を検討する必要があること,HIV/AIDS患者に関わる機会を設けるなどの必要性があることが示唆された。 On this study, the effect of education was verified by making an investigation into the knowledge before and after the lecture, and the change in attitudes about HIV/AIDS for university students aspiring Yogoteacher. As the result of study, we found that lecture concerning HIV/AIDS is effective for university students aspiring Yogoteacher to gain knowledge and to enhance consciousness, as the score of knowledge and consciousness were increased significantly. However, we could not find the correlation between basic knowledge and knowledge of infection prevention, and knowledge of symbiosis. Also, we could not find the correlation between the score of knowledge and the score of consciousness. From here onwards, it is suggested the necessity to consider education content from the two observing points, “basic knowledge and knowledge of infection prevention" and “knowledge of symbiosis", and the necessity to schedule to involve with HIV/AIDS patients.

Transactions of Japan Society of Kansei Engineering, 16(3) 351-360, 2017 Peer-reviewedLead authorIn this study, we conducted a preliminary investigation about difficulty in everyday life and necessary medical support information for patients who were operated on total hip arthroplasty (THA). According to the result, we developed a remote nursing system for THA patients, and the system was evaluated by nurses. From a result of preliminary research, we devised a structure of contents which can solve patients' difficulty feeled in everyday life by providing appropriate supporting information, and we established a system where patients can get specific information at home when needed. The system evaluation by nurses was generally satisfactory, and we made improvements for the matters pointed out through a group interview. We are planning to do an actual trial operation against THA patients after preparing contents to support patients undergoing bilateral THA.

大阪教育大学紀要 第IV部門 教育科学, 65(1) 115-121, Sep 30, 2016 Lead authortype:Article 養護教諭は学校内でセクシュアリティに関わる場面が多いことから,養護教諭自身がセクシュアリティに対する理解と対応が必要である。そこで今回,養護教諭養成課程3回生を対象として性的マイノリティに焦点をあてたセクシュアリティに関する講義を実施し,その受講による学びを明らかすることを目的として,講義の感想文をテキストマイニングにより分析した。その結果,<セクリュアリティに関する言葉の理解><養護教諭としての性的マイノリティに関する知識の必要性><学校全体での性的マイノリティへの理解><性に関する問題に対する支援・相談などの対応><性的マイノリティに対する自分の考えの振り返り><グループワークの振り返り>の6グループが抽出された。今回の講義により,対象学生はセクシュアリティに関する知識や性的マイノリティに対する意識,養護教諭として性的マイノリティへの支援方法などについて学んでいたことがわかった。自分自身の課題や養護教諭としての役割について認識できたことにより,就職後に性に関する教育やセクシュアリティに関する健康相談の充実が期待できる。今後の課題として,今回は個を重視した講義であったため,集団に視点を合わせた講義が必要である。 A lecture about sexuality focused on sexual minority was conducted for this study towards university students of yogo teacher-training course in 3rd year. In order to clarify the learning by attending the lecture, we analyzed reports for the lecture by text-mining approach. As the result, 6 groups, “understanding words about sexuality", “necessity of knowledge about sexual minority as a yogo teacher", “understanding about sexual minority in the whole school", “support and consultation for the issue of sexuality", “taking inventory of my thought about sexual minority" and “taking inventory of group work" were extracted. By this study, we found that the target students learned about sexuality, consciousness about sexual minority, and how to support sexual minority as yogo teachers.

大阪教育大学紀要 第III部門 自然科学・応用科学, 63(2) 31-38, Feb 28, 2015 Lead authortype:Article 本研究は,養護教諭養成課程に在籍する学生の医学・看護学の知識・技術の向上に向け,学生の臨床実習に対する思いや学びを知ることで,養護教諭養成課程の学生に対する看護教育の課題を明らかにすることを目的に,養護教諭養成課程の臨床実習における感想文を質的に分析した。その結果,【養護教諭という視点と自覚が養われる】,【生命,健康を守るためのチームワークと知識・技術の必要性】,【実習前の準備と実習に挑む姿勢の大切さ】,【実習を支えてくれた多くの人への感謝】の4つのカテゴリが抽出された。学生は,臨床実習を通して自己の知識・技術不足を実感し,学習の必要性を感じていた。そのため,今後は不足を補うための講義内容の検討や臨床実習の事前学習の強化,実習事後指導の方法の工夫などの必要性が示唆された。 This study has made a qualitative analysis of the reports on the practical trainings in nursing teacher training course for the purpose of clarifying the issues of nursing education to the students in nursing teacher training course by understanding their thought and learning towards their practical trainings to improve their knowledge and technique of medical and nursing education. As a result, the following four categories were extracted: “a viewpoint as a nursing teacher is developed", “necessity for teamwork to protect life and health as well as knowledge and technique", “importance of the preparation for practical trainings and the attitude towards those trainings", and “gratitude to many people who supported practical trainings". The students realized their lack of knowledge and technique through practical trainings and felt the need for learning. Thus, the necessity for the examination of lecture content and intensified pre-study for practical trainings as well as for devising follow-up guidance after trainings was suggested.

大阪教育大学紀要 第III部門 自然科学・応用科学, 62(2) 23-30, Feb 28, 2014 Lead authortype:Article 本研究は,養護教諭養成課程の学生の臨床実習の感想文をテキストマイニングで分析し,臨床実習が学生にどのような影響を及ぼしたのかを明らかにすることを目的とした。 対象は,臨床実習に参加した大学の養護教諭養成課程に所属する3回生30名である。感想を分析した結果,【養護教諭としての役割認識】,【子どもを預かるという責任】,【充実した実習指導】,【病院で実習をすることの戸惑い】,【周囲の人々の支え】と5つのグループに分けられ,臨床実習では養護教諭のあり方を考える機会となったことや,実習中の困難の内容が明らかとなり,学内での講義・演習内容の検討や,実習のサポート体制の検討が必要であることが示唆された。 The objective of this study was to use text mining to analyze reports written by students in a training course for school nurses of their impressions of clinical training to identify what sort of impact the clinical training had on the students. The study targeted 30 third-year students of a university training course for school nurses. The results of the analysis of the students' impressions showed that they can be classified into five categories; obtaining an awareness of the role of a school nurse, realizing the responsibilities involved in looking after children, appreciating well-developed training instruction, feeling unease about receiving in-hospital training, and being aware of the importance of support from those around the trainee. Thus the analysis revealed that the clinical training provided an opportunity for students to think about what is expected from school nurses and the types of difficulties they encountered during the training. These results also suggested the need to re-examine the content of on campus lectures and the structure of practicums, as well as training support systems.

医療情報学, 32(5) 227-234, Nov, 2012 Peer-reviewedLead author本研究は、Web上でストーマ造設者のセルフケア情報を提供するシステムを開発することを目的とし、ユーザビリティ評価を行った。開発したシステムは、セルフケア情報を細分化し、ユーザが選択した項目と関連づけることによって、ユーザが必要とするセルフケア情報が提示されるという利点がある。システム開発後、看護師7名と消化器系ストーマ造設者5名を対象として、System Usability Scale(SUS)とWeb Usability Scale(WUS)を用いたユーザビリティ評価を行った。WUSの平均点は、看護師、ストーマ造設者それぞれ、好感度3.4、3.5、役立ち感3.7、3.5、信頼性4.1、3.7、操作の分かりやすさ4.0、3.7、構成の分かりやすさ4.0、3.9、見やすさ3.5、3.6、反応の良さ4.3、3.9であった。好感度、役立ち感、見やすさのWUSが低い傾向にあり、利用者のニーズに合わせた内容、表示方法などの改良点が明確となった。(著者抄録)

大阪教育大学紀要 第III部門 自然科学・応用科学, 61(1) 55-62, Sep 28, 2012 Lead authortype:Article 本研究は,臨床実習での学びの内容について分析し,今後の教育課題を検討することを目的に,養護教諭養成課程の臨床実習における学生の学びをテキストマイニングで分析を行った。その結果,【患者への接し方─医師・看護師の声かけ】,【コミュニケーションと観察,連携─患者把握のための情報・観察,コミュニケーションと連携】,【アセスメント─アセスメントの方法】,【不安と説明─不安と説明】,【バイタルサイン測定─バイタルサイン測定】と,養護教諭にとって重要となることを学んでいることが明らかとなった。しかし,患者の健康を保つための支援に関する記述はほとんど見られなかったため,今後は,患者・家族に対する医療従事者が行っている健康保持のための支援にも目が向けられるよう,学内での講義や実習の内容の検討,臨床実習指導者との調整を行う必要があることが示唆された。 In this study, we analyzed students' learning of clinical training for nursing teacher-training course by text-mining for the purpose of analyzing the content of learning of clinical training and considering the future educational subject. As a result, it became obvious that students are leaning the following important things as nursing teachers. “the way students treat patients - the way doctors and nurses treat patients", “Communication and observation, and cooperation - Information and observation in order to cooperate and understand patients, Communication and cooperation". “Assessment-the way of assessment" “Concern and explanation - Concern and explanation" “Monitoring the vital signs - Monitoring the vital signs" However, there is almost non description about support to keep good health for patients, so it suggests a need for considering the contents of lectures and practical training on campus and adjusting clinical practice leaders, in order to focus on supporting keeping good health that medical staff are doing to patients and their families for the future.

Japan Journal of Medical Informatics, 27(3) 329-336, 2007 Peer-reviewedLead authorHome nursing care is in great need now because of the change of disease structure accompanying the aging, the shortening of the length of stay in hospital accompanying the revision of medical treatment fees, the introduction of care insurance since 2000 in care area, and the amendment of the insurance in 2005. However, supporting system for home nursing care does not provide the optimized knowledge to the individual and the symptom, and does provide generalized information only. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system to provide an optimized coping strategy by relating personal information and concurrent disease, in addition to a basic data extracting coping strategy by estimating disease from symptom put into the computer. Therefore, we produced a database defined a relation of each element by elementizing and extracting the knowledge of home nursing care from existing literatures for 13 diseases developed by fever and the 10 concurrent disease, it aiming at using RDF. In addition, we produced a prototype for the system and considered to confirm if we can provide optimized knowledge from this database.
