マルチメディア,分散協調とモバイルシンポジウム2021論文集, 2021(1) 1087-1094, Jun 23, 2021 Peer-reviewed本研究では,インターネット技術における標準化を行う Internet Engineering Task Force にて策定した国際化文字列を含む識別子等を使用するプロトコルに用いられる国際化技術である IDNA2008 と PRECIS Framework における相互運用時の課題を明らかとするために,それぞれの技術において利用可能な文字を定義した Derived Property Value の差分を調査するとともに,その差分が生じた文字に対して,文字列変換処理を利用することで相互利用可能な文字を増やすことが可能か,Unicode13.0.0 に収録された 1,114,112 文字に対して調査を実施した.本研究を通じて,IDNA2008 と PRECIS Framework 間で は14,403 文字において差分が生じていることを明らかとするとともに,文字列変換処理によって相互利用可能な文字がどの程度増えるのか明らかとした.また,文字列変換処理を行っても相互利用できない文字についても明らかとすることで,IDNA2008とPRECIS Framework における相互運用時の課題となる文字についても明らかとした.

CCNC 2018 - 2018 15th IEEE Annual Consumer Communications and Networking Conference, 2018- 1-2, Mar 16, 2018 Peer-reviewedIn April of 2016, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT) transitioned from an educational computer system to BYOD style by the part of the information strategy. In the BYOD environment, the variety of the user terminal makes the teaching cost of lecturer much higher than traditional system. Therefore, we implemented brand new concept virtual desktop system for computer lecture, TUAT Virtual Computer Classroom, which is based in virtual desktop technology and users can access the tools with any HTML5-compliant web browser, removing the differences for various operating systems. In this demonstration, we present the detail of the design and structure of our architecture and actual implementation.

Proceedings ACM SIGUCCS User Services Conference, 131713 115-118, Oct 1, 2017 Peer-reviewedIn April of 2016, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT) transitioned from an educational computer system to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). In response, a brand-new computer system for the classroom, called TUAT Virtual Computer Classroom (TUAT-VCCR), replaced the old computer rooms and terminals. TUAT-VCCR is based in virtual desktop technology and users can access the tools with any HTML5-compliant web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox), removing the diferences for various operating systems (e.g. Windows, macOS). In this article, we would like to share our eforts and operational reports for our frst year. The project itself included redesigning lecture halls, creation of user guides and other ways to support users to efciently use new system. We would also like to share the frst year adoption experience and the reality of BYOD in the university of science and technology. In this article, we provide valuable information to other organizations planning a similar BYOD initiative.

Therefore, we built a Virtual Computer Classroom(VCCr). A user can use a VCCr by accessing to the remote desktop through a HTML5-compliant Web browser. In this paper, we describe the design and to provide a VCCr. In our design, we solved characteristic problems to use virtual computer classrooms.</p>

2017 14TH IEEE ANNUAL CONSUMER COMMUNICATIONS & NETWORKING CONFERENCE (CCNC), 573-575, 2017 Peer-reviewedThe Digital Signage Systems using some computer devices are widely used for displaying some dynamic information, unlike wall ads that are unchanged for a certain period. At the replacement time of our university's digital signage system, we need to implement cost effective digital signage system. Therefore, we developed a brand-new style of the digital signage display device using low-cost information device and open intensive management system. In this demonstration, we introduce the total signage system, that include I) the signage display device, and 2) the digital signage device / content management system.

Our previous system was also automated, but previous system could not connect mobile devices. We built a new system with user interface same as a previous system. Therefore use of a new system is simple. We describe construction and the problems of a new system. And we started the operation of a new system in February, 2016. The system is used from the whole country.
