type:Article 本研究では、日本型授業研究において教師がどのように授業について探究し、授業改善に取り組んでいるのか、その省察の過程について考察する。本研究では、学校現場において広く実施されている教師主体の授業研究を、研究テーマに基づいて教師が授業を捉えなおし、これを改善することを通して、教師と子どもの間での「妥当解」や「暫定解」を探索し、教師が観の形成を目指すプラグマティックな企てと定義している。このような授業研究は仮説・検証型研究ではなく、探索型研究として機能している。大阪教育大学附属池田小学校の教員を中心とする実践の叙述を手がかりとして、1年間の授業研究を通して教師が自らの「問い」を探究する省察過程を描写し、その過程における「問い」の変容とその契機を類型化した。 This study focuses on the process of reflection that teachers undergo to explore and improve their classes using Japanese-style lesson study. The study examines teacher-led lesson study, which is widely conducted in Japanese schools, where teachers aim to find “reasonable solutions" and “tentative solutions" by reconsidering and improving their classes based on the research theme and the responses to children. This process aims to formulate their view of the class and is defined as a pragmatic attempt to develop their teaching approach. This type of lesson study functions as exploratory research rather than hypothesis-testing research. In this study, the teachers at Ikeda Primary School, affiliated with Osaka Kyoiku University, participated in a year-long lesson study. They engaged in a reflective process of exploring their own “questions" and typified the transformation of “questions" and their triggers in the process.
